אנחנו אוספים רק את מה שצריך כדי לענות לכם. הדף הזה מסביר מה נאסף, למה, ומה אפשר לעשות עם זה.
מי אנחנו
האתר takeitaizy.dev ו-Take It AIzy, סטודיו לבניית מערכות ניהול חכמות לעסקים, מופעלים על ידי אושר סולושיינס בע"מ (ח.פ. 517414918), הר הצופים 11, רחובות. החברה היא בעלת המאגר שבו נשמרים הפרטים שנמסרו בטופס. לכל שאלה בנושא פרטיות אפשר לכתוב אלינו: hello@takeitaizy.dev.
איזה מידע נאסף
פרטים שאתם מוסרים בטופס הפנייה. שם, כתובת אימייל ותיאור של מה שאתם צריכים הם שדות חובה, כי בלעדיהם אין לנו איך לחזור אליכם. שאר השדות אופציונליים: טלפון ושם העסק. אתם לא חייבים למסור מידע על פי חוק, אבל בלי השדות הנדרשים לא נוכל לטפל בפנייה.
מידע טכני שנשמר יחד עם הפנייה. כתובת הדף שממנו נשלחה הפנייה, וקוד מקוצר שנגזר מכתובת ה-IP שלכם בהצפנה חד-כיוונית. הקוד משמש רק להגבלת כמות הפניות ולמניעת ספאם. כתובת ה-IP עצמה לא נשמרת.
בדפדפן שלכם. האתר זוכר בדפדפן רק את העדפת השפה (עברית או אנגלית). האתר לא מציב עוגיות ולא משתמש בכלי ניתוח או פרסום. אם נוסיף כלי כזה, נעדכן את הדף הזה ונבקש הסכמה במקום שבו נדרש.
למה אנחנו משתמשים במידע
- כדי לענות לפנייה ולתאם שיחת אפיון.
- כדי לנהל את הקשר העסקי איתכם, אם יתפתח כזה.
- כדי למנוע שימוש לרעה בטופס.
לא נשלח לכם דיוור שיווקי אם לא ביקשתם לקבל אותו.
עם מי המידע משותף
הפרטים נגישים לצוות הסטודיו בלבד. אנחנו לא מוכרים מידע ולא מעבירים אותו לגורמי פרסום.
כדי להפעיל את האתר והטופס אנחנו נעזרים בספקי תשתית: Google Cloud להפעלת הטופס, GitHub Pages לאחסון האתר, ו-Resend לשליחת התראה פנימית אלינו כשמגיעה פנייה (ההתראה לא כוללת את הפרטים שמסרתם). ספקים אלה עשויים לעבד מידע גם מחוץ לישראל, למשל גיבויי המערכת שנשמרים באיחוד האירופי. אם תפנו אלינו בוואטסאפ, ההודעה עוברת דרך WhatsApp (של Meta) וכפופה גם למדיניות הפרטיות שלה. נמסור מידע גם אם חוק או צו של בית משפט יחייבו אותנו.
כמה זמן המידע נשמר
- פנייה שלא התקדמה, או שהחלטנו לא להמשיך בה, נמחקת אוטומטית 12 חודשים אחרי שנשלחה.
- פנייה שהפכה לעבודה משותפת נשמרת כחלק מתיק הלקוח כל עוד הקשר העסקי נמשך, ולאחר מכן כל עוד חוק מחייב אותנו לשמור אותה, למשל לצורכי הנהלת חשבונות ומס.
- הקוד שנגזר מכתובת ה-IP נמחק 24 שעות אחרי שליחת הפנייה.
אפשר לבקש מחיקה בכל עת. מידע שנמחק עשוי להישאר בגיבויים המוצפנים של המערכת עד 14 ימים, ואז נמחק גם משם.
הזכויות שלכם
לפי חוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ"א-1981, מותר לכם לבקש לעיין במידע שנשמר עליכם, לתקן אותו או למחוק אותו. כתבו אלינו ל-hello@takeitaizy.dev ונענה בהקדם. אם אתם סבורים שנפגעה הפרטיות שלכם, אפשר גם לפנות לרשות להגנת הפרטיות.
אבטחת מידע
הטופס נשלח בחיבור מוצפן (HTTPS), והגישה למידע שנשמר מוגבלת לצוות הסטודיו. אין שיטה מאובטחת לחלוטין, ולכן אל תשלחו בטופס מידע רגיש במיוחד, כמו מספרי כרטיס אשראי או סיסמאות.
שינויים במדיניות
כשמשהו משתנה נעדכן את הדף הזה. התאריך בראש הדף הוא מועד העדכון האחרון.

We collect only what we need to answer you. This page explains what is collected, why, and what you can do about it.
Who we are
takeitaizy.dev and Take It AIzy, a studio that builds smart management systems for businesses, are operated by אושר סולושיינס בע"מ (company registration no. 517414918), Har HaTzofim 11, Rehovot, Israel. The company is the owner of the database in which the details submitted in the form are kept. For any privacy question, write to us at hello@takeitaizy.dev.
What we collect
What you give us in the contact form. Your name, email address and a description of what you need are required, because without them we cannot get back to you. The rest is optional: phone and business name. You are not legally required to provide any of it, but without the required fields we cannot handle your enquiry.
Technical data stored with the enquiry. The address of the page the enquiry was sent from, and a short code derived from your IP address with one-way hashing. The code is used only to limit the number of enquiries and to prevent spam. The IP address itself is not stored.
In your browser. The site remembers only your language choice (Hebrew or English) in your browser. It sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools. If we add one, we will update this page and ask for consent where it is required.
What we use it for
- To answer your enquiry and schedule a needs call.
- To manage the business relationship with you, if one develops.
- To prevent abuse of the form.
We will not send you marketing email unless you asked for it.
Who it is shared with
Your details are available to the studio team only. We do not sell data and we do not pass it to advertisers.
To run the site and the form we use infrastructure providers: Google Cloud to run the form, GitHub Pages to host the site, and Resend to send us an internal alert when an inquiry arrives (the alert does not include the details you gave). These providers may process data outside Israel, for example the system’s backups, which are stored in the European Union. If you contact us on WhatsApp, the message goes through WhatsApp (Meta) and is also subject to its privacy policy. We will also disclose data if a law or a court order requires us to.
How long we keep it
- An enquiry that did not go further, or that we decided not to take on, is deleted automatically 12 months after it was sent.
- An enquiry that became work together is kept as part of the client file for as long as the business relationship lasts, and after that for as long as the law requires us to keep it, for example for bookkeeping and tax.
- The code derived from your IP address is deleted 24 hours after the enquiry was sent.
You can ask us to delete your details at any time. Deleted data may remain in the system’s encrypted backups for up to 14 days, and is then deleted from them too.
Your rights
Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, you may ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Write to hello@takeitaizy.dev and we will reply promptly. If you believe your privacy has been violated, you can also contact the Privacy Protection Authority.
Security
The form is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to stored data is limited to the studio team. No method is perfectly secure, so please do not send particularly sensitive information in the form, such as card numbers or passwords.

When something changes, we will update this page. The date at the top is the last update.
